If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email and would like to cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference number to email@example.com or contact us. Please note orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch [please see “Returning unwanted goods” below].
If you have received a shipping confirmation email but your package has not arrived as expected please contact our customer services team quoting your order reference number which can be found in your order or shipping confirmation email.
