Open the App drawer and select the Remote icon.
Then, press the ‘Allow remote access’ button.
To add somebody as a remote helper, select ‘Add new’ in the connections box.
Enter their email address, or choose them in your contacts list, then press the plus icon.
Once you’ve selected your remote helper, the screen will show a list of features they can help you with.
Turn them on and off as you wish, then press ‘send’ to invite them to become a helper.
Your helper will then receive an email with an activation link.
The remote assist screen will show a list of the helpers you’ve added.
When your helper accepts your invitation, a notification will be sent to you, and their status will show as green.
The helper can now access the features of your phone from anywhere in the world
Whenever they make a change, you’ll be asked to accept or reject it.
Select ‘Access’ to show a list of changes that have been made.
